ALL SALES ARE FINAL
All ticket sales are final. Patrons are responsible for reviewing all order details, including event selection, performance date, seating location, ticket quantity, and pricing, prior to completing a transaction.

Many events are subject to contractual obligations established by artists, promoters, or other presenting parties that prohibit refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. Accordingly, refunds or exchanges will not be granted for purchaser error, scheduling conflicts, or any other reason.
TICKET EXCHANGES
Ticket exchanges are not permitted for any event, including those with multiple performances, unless expressly stated in writing by the State Theatre for a specific event or program
TICKET REQUIREMENTS
Each person entering the theatre, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket for admission. No exceptions.

Parents and guardians who bring children to performances do so at their own discretion and assume full responsibility for the supervision, conduct, and overall suitability of the event for the child. This includes ensuring that minors are able to remain seated, behave appropriately, and respect the experience of other patrons.

The State Theatre reserves the right to address disruptive behavior in accordance with venue policy, which may include removal from the performance without refund.
GIFT CERTIFICATES & TICKET VOUCHERS
Gift certificates may not be redeemed for rental engagements or promoter-presented events unless specifically stated otherwise.

Ticket vouchers may only be redeemed for select performances and are subject to availability, event restrictions, and the sole discretion of the State Theatre.
PRICING, DISCOUNTS & PROMOTIONS
Ticket prices, promotional offers, and discount programs are subject to change without notice. The State Theatre may offer discounted pricing or promotional opportunities at any time, including after the original on-sale date.
