Accessibility Accommodations
Exceptions may be made for guests with disabilities, medical requirements, or other special needs.
Guests requiring specific accommodations related to disabilities, medical conditions, or dietary needs should contact the State Theatre at 724-439-1360 before attending the event so reasonable accommodations can be arranged.
Security Screening at All Events
The State Theatre is committed to providing a safe environment for all patrons, staff, and performers. These security measures help make that possible.

Please plan to arrive 30 to 45 minutes before curtain time to allow enough time to pass through security and find your seat.

Patrons re-entering the theatre will be subject to security screening.

All guests will be screened using metal detection devices.

Large bags and backpacks are prohibited inside the theatre. Purses and handbags are permitted but will be subject to inspection.

If you arrive with a prohibited item, you will be asked to return it to your vehicle or surrender it to security personnel before entering.
Keeping Patrons, Staff, and Artists Safe
The State Theatre is committed to providing a safe environment for all patrons, staff, artists, and performers.
While it may take a little longer to move through the security screening process when entering the venue, you can enjoy greater peace of mind knowing that your safety is our priority. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Prohibited Items
The following items are not permitted inside the theatre:

Backpacks, travel bags, or oversized bags

Aerosol sprays, including mace and pepper spray

Outside food or beverages, including alcohol*

Audio or video recording devices

Illegal drugs or controlled substances

Laser pointers or flashlights

Balloons

Pets (service animals are exempt)

Signs, flags, or banners

Balls or projectiles

Noise-making devices

Skateboards, scooters, or roller blades
Additional Information

Theatre lobby doors open at least one hour before each performance.

Auditorium doors generally open 30 to 45 minutes before the performance begins.

Cell phones are permitted inside the theatre. We respectfully ask that they be turned off or set to silent during the performance.
